One year warranty will only be valid by registering your MIMO within 3 months of purchase (for the early purchases supporting us, 3 months begin from the date we ship out). We provide direct one-to-one replacement of non-wear-and-tear parts within the warranty period.

Wear-and-tear parts include:

 

- Wheels
- Brake calipers
- Rubber mat
- Plastic components

Damages due to accidents and collisions will not be covered under warranty. The battery will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
